Our mission is to build on our, already exceptional, reputation for providing excellent workmanship and service quality, while meeting the demands of the local and regional building industry.
We have found that the construction industry in Jamaica is generally lacking in the middle management to ensure strict discipline and implemented standards. Many workers lack the motivation and/or needed 'hands-on' management to raise performance levels, resulting in substandard workmanship and unhappy clients.
Alexander Builders' founder has over the past 16 years inspired and trained our core work crews to continuously improve on their trade and workmanship and to raise the bar.
